Upon graduation from Central Saint Martins in London, Grant Woolhead began his career in fashion styling while working atĀ The Face, the revered British pop culture magazine of the 80s and 90s. Grant went on to join British menās magazineĀ Arena Homme+Ā as their Fashion Director, along withĀ ArenaĀ where he served as their Contributing Fashion Editor.
In the Fall of 2018, Grant became the US Editor ofĀ ManĀ About Town, a London-based bi-annual men’s styleĀ magazine. Prior to this position, Grant was the FashionĀ Director of LGBT fashion and lifestyle magazineĀ Out.Ā Additionally, Grant contributes to other publications suchĀ asĀ British GQ,Ā GQ Style Germany,Ā LāUomo Vogue,Ā VogueĀ Korea,Ā Interview,Ā InStyle,Ā Vanity Fair, and an online menāsĀ retailerĀ Mr. Porter.
Grant has styled for advertising clients including Calvin Klein, Michael Kors, Tommy Hilfiger, Perry Ellis, Nautica, Converse, Original Penguin, Georg Jensen, Barneyās, Neiman Marcus and Saks. Grant is a longtime consultant and stylist for the CFDA-nominated menswear brand Duckie Brown, and he has also styled presentations for Calvin Klein and Nautica at New York Fashion Week.
Grant has collaborated with top photographers including Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott, Tim Walker, Alasdair McLellan, Terry Richardson, David Armstrong, David Bailey, Karl Lagerfeld, Tyrone Lebon and SĆølve SundsbĆø.
