As the commercial opens with an older woman applying fragrance, Kennedy choose a bright floral dress to bring a burst of nature into the woman’s home. Next, a pregnant woman in neutral, brown-toned athleisure washes her face. The setting is casual, but Kennedy’s choice of color and form-fitting clothing makes the model look both comfortable and effortlessly chic. This neutral palette is continued as the next model treats his curls in an outdoor shower. The model is wearing beige and sage tones, but the perfectly loose fit of the loungewear once again creates an elevated yet comfortable setting. In the final scene, two young lovers lounge at an idyllic picnic sharing kisses between makeup reapplications. Kennedy’s styling aligns with current teen fashions by having airy, monochromatic outfits complimented with edgier elements like silver jewelry and a tooth gem. A layered slip dress and cropped cardigan create silhouettes harkening back to the 90s, but contemporary pastels add vibrancy to the rosy scene in a perfectly 2022 twist. Kennedy’s chosen soft pink and baby blue color schemes of the two actors also adds to the romance of the scene, as the outfits compliment each other sweetly.
