RL x DM Casting x Rob Ross
Set against stunning marbles and the 29-foot-high molded ceiling of Jack Shainman’s Tribeca flagship, Ralph Lauren’s Fall 2025 ready-to-wear collection was a show to be reckoned with. With subtle androgynous silhouettes, Romantic-era frills, and Victorian visions of glamour, DM Casting and Rob Ross aligned seamlessly—melding casting and lighting with the grandeur of the space.
DM Casting’s signature eye for soft beauty and nuanced diversity offered a poetic counterpoint to the collection’s richness. From the velvet floor-lengths’ gentle glint to the gossamer shimmer of black chiffon, the cast carried the collection with quiet elegance. Each model, carefully chosen, elevated the garments with presence and poise—adding dimension to sculptural blazers, sheer lace skirts, and high-collared silk blouses that echoed the house’s refined codes.
Lighting designer Rob Ross, in his debut collaboration with the brand, brought the show’s atmosphere into sharp relief—balancing drama and intimacy. Reflecting on the moment, Ross shared: “Bringing a light, airy show to the Jack Shainman Gallery—while highlighting the moody allure of the collection within such a bright, dramatic space—was a beautiful challenge, and one I’ll never forget.” Golden glows carved out cheekbones, pooled across satin lapels, and caught the movement of garments as they swept the gallery’s concrete runway.
Together, casting and lighting conjured a world of timeless glamour—equal parts theatrical and restrained—that felt unmistakably Ralph.
This season, Lauren’s latest vision wasn’t just about what walked—it was about who wore it, and how. With DM Casting and Rob Ross behind the scenes, the Fall 2025 collection unfolded like a dream you didn’t want to wake from.
