In the February 2023 issue of the Washington Street Journal, Stephanie Seymour opens up in her first interview since her son Harry’s passing. Seymour has been in front of the camera for nearly 40 years, and has worked with other Hollywood icons such as Richard Avedon and Peter Lindbergh. But when tragedy struck her family in January 2021, Seymour made the choice to take a break from the spotlight.
Now, Seymour bravely comes forward to share her recent experience with grief in a touching interview. She was cast for the cover story by Piergiorgio Del Moro and had her nails done by Honey. For the story, Seymour is styled by Clare Richardson in pieces from Harry’s closet, including a bedazzled suit from Saint Laurent. Dan Jackson photographed her as she posed bareback to showcase the writing of her son’s name: “Harry” across her skin.
