    Stacy's Picks: Le Bernardin

    Last Monday, Stacy treated the Exposure NY team to a holiday lunch at Le Bernardin. Owned by world-renowned chef Eric Ripert, this midtown seafood restaurant was truly something special! All dressed up for the holidays, Le Bernardin is a sleek space with an ambiance that allows you to forget the hustle and bustle of NYC that lies right outside the doors. With a knowledgeable staff, and sommeliers ready to choose the perfect wine your, we were treated to the tasting menu with everything from scallops to white tuna, lobster to monkfish; all absolutely delectable with a special sauce paired with each fish dish. After the savory dishes, we enjoyed a light, and varied, dessert that had everything from fruit to maple to chocolate. Check out the full menu below with some teaser pics!  

    After lunch, we all received a signed copy of Eric Ripert's A Return to Cooking, which was an unexpected surprise that really set off our holiday season!
